Cecilia Dye is a Senior Project Manager at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She oversees multiple grant-funded projects, including Penn’s IES Predoctoral Training Program, and CBCSE’s Methods Training in Economic Evaluation. Cece also serves as a project manager for Catalyst @ PennGSE’s Early-Phase EIR Grant,  a 3-year RCT on teacher retention. She earned her Master’s in Education Policy from Penn GSE, where she completed Dr. Bowden’s Methods of Economic Evaluation course. 

Cecilia is a former Public Policy Fellow for Leadership for Educational Equity. Her passion for education stems from her time teaching elementary school in New Orleans, Louisiana. She holds a M.S.Ed in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English from Kenyon College.
