Julia Oas

Julia Oas is a research assistant at the CBCSE. She holds an M.S.Ed. in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests surround children’s social emotional wellbeing, student behavior in the classroom, and positive school climate. Julia is a former teacher and taught in Philadelphia elementary schools for five years. She works to center children of color, children who are economically underprivileged, and under-resourced school environments.
